These wide-range vacuum meter/controllers feature a sensor that combines the technology of two transducers. With both Pirani and silicon diaphragm transducers, sensor can measure high and low vacuum. Wide measuring range, 0.001 to 1500 torr, makes units ideal for crystal growth, vacuum sterilization, and Chemical Vacuum Deposition (C.V.D.).

Use alarm output to activate vacuum pumps, warning lights, or valves. If vacuum exceeds set-point, the meter/controller triggers high or low alarm. Send alarm conditions and readings to your recorder or computer board with analog output. Red, 3-1/2-digit, 7/16"H LED shows current readings and set-points. Adjust high and low set-points with 10-turn screw potentiometers.
